Minutes are the total duration of AI voice calls, measured to the second and rounded up. A 2-minute-and-30-second call uses 2.5 minutes of your allocation. Voicemails, failed connections, and calls that reach a busy signal don't count against your minutes. Only actual connected call time is billed.
Additional minutes beyond your plan allocation are billed at $1.50 per minute. You'll see your usage in real time on the billing page, and you'll receive a notification when you've used 80% and 100% of your included minutes.
